Our culture

Our workplace is characterised by a familiar and unpretentious atmosphere with committed, innovative and solution-oriented employees. We are located in new premises at the Umestan business park and currently have 15 dedicated employees. We believe in a working environment where we help and utilise each other’s expertise and excellence. Trust in each other and between managers and employees is essential and something we work actively for.

All of us who work here have a great interest in and commitment to sustainability from several perspectives – social, economic and ecological – and our culture is characterised in particular by social sustainability. We work for equality, inclusion and good health. It is important that everyone who comes into contact with us can feel welcome, safe, involved and able to reach their full potential.

Our employees have specialist expertise and experience in several areas related to logistics, sustainability, railway and property management, project management, advanced construction projects and communication. We like to learn from each other and develop both as individuals and as a team.

Thanks to all this, we dare to be innovative and forward-looking, and are constantly striving to be at the forefront. We take new initiatives and drive development forward, always in line with the latest technology and research.

What we offer our employees

Our employees get to work on significant and meaningful assignments. These projects are frequently unique and very complex. For example, we are responsible for Umeå Municipality’s railway facilities and travel centre. Through our expertise, we also represent the municipality in railway and shipping issues and are responsible for marketing and positioning Umeå as the natural logistics hub in the region.
