Here at INAB, we ensure that residents and visitors in Umeå Municipality have access to an infrastructure that works for modern needs. We ensure that Umeå can consolidate its position as the obvious logistics hub in northern Sweden and the Nordic region.

Our properties

INAB manages several properties in Umeå Municipality. These include some of the city’s most iconic buildings, such as Umeå Central Station and Umeå Östra, as well as Umeå Kombiterminal and Umeå Vagnverkstad.

Our railway facilities

Rail-connected logistics are one of our specialist areas. For example, we advised the Swedish Transport Administration regarding the construction of the North Bothnia Line and manage Umeå Municipality’s railway facilities.
